As an authorized hardware dealer, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and transparently as possible. All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in California, USA.
1. Order Cut-off Time
Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM
Orders placed before the 6:00 PM cut-off time will be processed the same working day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Costs
We offer simple and transparent shipping rates based on your order value:
Orders of $50.00 and above: Complimentary Standard Shipping.
Orders under $50.00: A flat shipping fee of $10.00 will be charged at checkout.
3. Delivery Timeline
Our total delivery time is calculated by adding the Handling Time and the Transit Time:
Handling Time: 1 – 3 Working Days (Monday – Friday)
Transit Time: 1 – 4 Working Days (Monday – Friday)
Estimated Total Delivery Time: Most users receive their orders within 2 – 7 working days.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s progress directly via the carrier’s website.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We currently ship to physical addresses within the United States. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
6. Missing or Delayed Packages
